Angie Carrillo is an internationally-recognized & award winning entrepreneur, investor, speaker and mentor for high-profile entrepreneurs.

She is on a mission to level up the playing field and help underepresented people access equal opportunities. She has founded companies in Health and Education.

After she became fascinated with AI, she learned to code and started an organization to teach Latinx kids how to code. After getting an infection, Angie co-founded a tech startup to help erradicate antibiotic resistance. 

When no investor wanted to invest in her ideas, she worked for Tim Draper, a billionaire investor, and learned the ins and outs of Silicon Valley. Now, Angie has fundraised successfully for her companies and her clients in record times.  She is a limited partner investor at SoGal Ventures, a women-led venture capital firm, and angel investor in tech startups.

As a feminist, she wants women to have access to capital and resources so they can have an equal future and crash the glass ceiling. 

She has been recognized as “Next Generation Women Leader” by McKinsey & Co. because of her vision to develop high-impact initiatives. Angie is an honors graduate of the University of Tecnologico de Monterrey. A proud alumna of UC Berkeley, Singularity University, and Draper University.
